Passengers |

The customers of any company are its stakeholders as they are affected by how the company performs. In our company, passengers are one type of our customers. |
|
|
|
|
|
When our company performs its functions well, particularly the airport services function which is experienced by the passengers, a passenger will feel more comfortable and relieved while traveling. Air travel, particularly overseas air travel is tiring and stressful. Also, many passengers like those who are traveling for the first time to work in the middle east do not know the procedures to be followed at the airport. By proper passenger facilitation and efficient airport service all these passengers will be comfortable with their air trip. |

On the other hand if we fail to provide an efficient airport service, it will become a hassle for all passengers. Queues will build up all over the terminal. Passengers will not have proper facilities to use (e.g. washrooms) and will be unhappy and irritable. Passengers who are foreign nationals may even decide not to come to the country which would be very unfortunate. |
