The Employees

The employees of any company are affected by its actions and therefore are treated as stakeholders.

So you too are a stakeholder of our company. You depend on the salary paid by the company for your bread and butter, to provide for your family and to save for future expenses. Your employment is of value to you. The training that the company provides you helps you in developing your career. The welfare facilities that the company provides you enhances the quality of your life and helps you cope with emergencies. If the company is unable to provide employment for you for some reason, you will lose all these until and unless you find another job and you will be affected as an individual.

So, all employees become stakeholders of the company.
