INVITATION FOR BIDS

APPLY SEALANT FOR JOINTS BETWEEN CONCRETE PANELS –TOP ROOF SLAB TERMINAL BUILDING AT BANDARANAIKE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KATUNAYAKE

BID NO.: 103/T/2023

Bids are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Apply Sealant for Joints Between Concrete Panels –Top Roof Slab at Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

To eligible for contract award the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall be registered for Grade C6 and above with the construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) former ICTAD with experience in similar works.

Bids should be submitted on Documents obtained from the Division of Supply Chain Management, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Three Thousand (Rs. 3,000.00) being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

Bidding Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 19.09.2023 up to 09.10.2023 at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bidding documents can be inspected free of charge at Supply Chain Management Division.

Bids should be deposited in the box provided for this purpose at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.  If bidders are so desire, they may personally hand over the sealed bids to above address.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday the 10th October 2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives can be present at the time of opening of Bids.  

An on demand Bid Guarantee equivalent to Rupees Fifty Thousand only  (Rs. 50,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the bid.

All Bidders and their designated representatives are invited to attend to a pre-bid meeting, on 26.09.2023 at 10.00 hrs. at the Conference Room at Civil Engineering (Maintenance) Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. 

Chairman, procurement committee reserved the right to reject any or all bids or any portion of the bid in the best interest of the company without adducing any reason.
