INVITATION FOR BIDS

GENERAL PEST / TERMITE / RODENT CONTROL SERVICES TO BUILDINGS AT MATTALA - RAJAPAKSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

TENDER NO: 026/T/2023

Bids are invited by the chairman airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Supply of general pest/termite/rodent control services to buildings at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala.

Bids should be submitted on documents obtained from the division of Supply Chain Management, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs. 3,500/-) being a non-refundable bidding document fee, together with an official letter of request issued by the bidder.

Bidding documents may be purchased between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 12.09.2023 up to 02.10.2023 from the office of Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services                    (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike international Airport, Katunayake. The bidding documents will be available for inspection free of charge at the above address.

Bids should be deposited in the box provided for this purpose at Supply Chain Management division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. If bidders are so desire they may personally hand over the sealed bids to above address.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 03rd October 2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter  the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of bids.

An on demand Bid Security Equivalent to Sri Lankan Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only (Rs. 200,000/-)  in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the central bank and operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bid.

Pre bid Briefing will be held on 21.09.2023 at 10.00 a.m. at the Conference Room of the Administration Building at Mattala  Rajapakse International Airport, Mattala..
