INVITATION FOR BIDS

SUPPLY OF BRAND NEW 05 NOS. TOW BARS FOR MATTALA RAJAPAKSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MATTALA

BID NO. : 084/T/2023

Bids are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Supply of Brand New 05 Nos. Tow Bars for Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala.

Bids should be submitted in Bidding Documents in English Language obtainable from the official AASL Website (www.airport.lk) or from the Division of Supply Chain Management, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Seven Thousand (Rs. 7,000.00) or Twenty One United States Dollars (USD 21) through the official website being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

Bidding Documents may be purchased between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from    11/09/2023 up to 10/10/2023 from the Office of Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.  The Bidding Documents will be available for inspection free of charge at the above address.  

Bids should be deposited in the box provided for this purpose at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.  If Bidders are so desire, they may personally hand over the Sealed Bids to above address.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday the 11th October 2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.   Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of Bids.

An on demand Bid Security equivalent to Sri Lankan Rupees Six Hundred Thousand (Rs. 600,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bid.  

All Bidders and their designated representatives are invited to attend to a pre-bid meeting, on 26/09/2023 at 10.30 hrs. at the Conference Room, 4th Floor, New Administration Building, Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd. Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.  Meeting will also be connected through ZOOM and the connection details will be provided to Bidders who had purchased the Bidding document.
