INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

SUPPLY THE SERVICES OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS - 2023

QUOTATION NO. : 032/T/2023

Quotations are invited by the prospective service providers / reputed organizations to obtain the services of Software Developers to AASL.

The requirement is as follows;

Quotation document can be downloaded through www.airport.lk

Duly completed quotations shall be made with a copy marked respectively on the top left hand corner of the envelop as follows;

"Original quotation document for supply of Software Developers for AASL"
"Copy of the quotation document for supply of Software Developers for AASL"

Both envelops should be enclosed in one securely sealed cover marked as “Quotation for supply of Software Developers for AASL 2023” and should be sent by Registered Post to reach the ‘Chairman, Divisional Minor Tender Board, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake or be deposited in the Tender Box of Divisional Minor Tender Board of the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake before 2.00 p.m on 03/04/2023.

Acceptance of the Quotations will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 03/04/2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter. Prospective service providers or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of quotations.
