Supervising Airport Teams To Deliver Great Customer Service

20 Supervisory Officers from the Aviation Security Division underwent 5 days (from 2019-07-08 through 2019-07-12) training on“Supervising Airport Teams To Deliver Great Customer Service” developed by Gulf Centre For Aviation Studies (GCAS) – Abu Dhabi , UAE.
This was the second instance of TRAINAIR PLUS Standardized Training Package (STP) that was conducted by the Airport Management Training Wing of the Civil Aviation Training Centre.
Certificates of completion issued by ICAO were awarded to all 20 supervisors at a colorful ceremony which ended with a talent showcase by the course participants.
