Hon Minister of Civil Aviation Mr.Piyankara Jayaratne made a visit to Bandaranaike International airport on 26th July 2011. The Chairman of Airport & Aviation Services (SL) Ltd., Mr. Prasanna Wickramasuriya, briefed on the progress of current airport development activities and the minister visited the Control Tower, Fire & Rescue Division and the meteorological office as well.
