Soorya Avrudu Kirula -2021

The “Soorya Avurudu Kirula -2021” event was held on 10th April 2021 at Colombo International Airport, Ratmalana (CIAR).  It was a truly wonderful experience where the concept of domestic aviation in Sri Lanka was promoted offering the winners the opportunity of scenic flying with a host of other gifts treating them to the joy-fullness of the festive season.

AASL Chairman, Major General (Rtd.) G. A. Chandrasiri,  Ms. Deirdre De Livera, Directress AASL, sponsor representatives, senior officials and staff of Colombo International Airport, Ratmalana were present at the  occasion.

The Avurudu Kumaraya and Avurudu Kumariya were selected through our social media which created a great interest among the youth. Nadeeshan Thabrew, Avrudu Kamaraya, Chanali de Silva, Avrudu Kamariya & their partners were given a scenic tour around the city of Colombo by courtesy of Sakurai Aviation. LOVI, Numa The Concept Store, Anushka Eranga, Manikins , Red Panda, Sterling Flowers, Taurus Sri Lanka and Mentor Helsingor partnered with Airport and Aviation Services to make the “ Soorya Avrudu Kirula -2021” social media promotion a successful one.
