Air Astana commenced scheduled flight operations to BIA

Air Astana, the flag carrier of Kazakhstan commenced scheduled flight operations to BIA on today (1st of December 2021).
The inaugural flight from Kazakhstan to Sri Lanka was welcomed by a celebratory water cannon salute upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).
Air Astana airlines will operate three flights per week to Colombo.
