AASL Hosts Investor Engagement Programme at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport

Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) successfully conducted the Expression of Interest (EOI) Investor Conference and Site Visit at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport on 22nd May 2026, marking another important step in positioning Sri Lanka as a leading regional aviation, logistics, and investment hub.
The event brought together prospective local and international investors to explore the vast commercial and strategic opportunities available at MRIA, including aviation services, logistics, cargo operations, MRO facilities, manufacturing, renewable energy, hospitality, and tourism-related developments.
With its strategic location near the Hambantota Port and major international shipping routes, MRIA continues to showcase its potential as a gateway for integrated air-sea connectivity and future economic growth in the Southern region of Sri Lanka.
