A Career Development Opportunity has been Offered for Junior-Grade Skilled Employees

Promoting from within is a great way to ensure employee motivation and morale remain high, as it provides a clear path for staff to follow if they hope to transition into bigger and better roles.
By identifying the importance of giving career development opportunities to skilled employees in AASL, the management has selected 14 employees from a pool of junior-grade employees and placed them in Trainee Management Assistant positions.
Appointments were given to selected employees by the Chairman, AASL on 20th June 2020. This was initiated by the management as an alternative mechanism to the government's restriction on external recruitment to fill essential vacancies in clerical grades while giving growth opportunities to skilled internal employees.
