Hello, and welcome to Lesson 4 of the online course “Everyone’s an Aviator”!

After having followed the previous three lessons, we are now familiar with the global aviation industry in general, the functions performed by our company and our company's structure.

In this lesson, we are going to study about our company's stake holders.

We know that our company performs the following functions, as seen from outside.

• Airport service function
• Air navigation service function
• Airport and facility maintenance function
• Airport and facility development function

Now, when we perform these functions, there are parties who benefit from it. On the other hand, if we do not perform these functions or do not perform them well, these parties will be affected.

Such parties who are affected by our company's actions are our 'stakeholders'.

So who are the stakeholders of our company?
