TENDER FOR THE
SUPPLY OF VHF TRANSCEIVERS

Tenders are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for the Supply of VHF Transceivers to Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

Tenders should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Department of Supplies, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Two Thousand (Rs. 2,000.00) being a non-refundable Tender Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Tenderer.

Tender Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to 15th March 2010.

Tenders will close at 2.00 p.m. on 16th March 2010 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees Fifty Thousand Only (Rs. 50,000/-) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Bank approved by the Central Bank operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited should be submitted with the Tender.
