TENDER FOR THE
SUPPLY OF
03 NOS. BRAND NEW 15 SEATER PASSENGER VANS

Tenders are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for the Supply of 03 Nos. Brand New 15 Seater Passenger Vans at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

Tenders should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Department of Supplies, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs. 5,000.00) being a non-refundable Tender Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Tenderer.

Tender Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to Tuesdays the 16th March 2010.

Tenders will close at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday the 17th March 2010. and will be opened immediately thereafter.

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees Four Hundred Thousand (Rs. 400,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited should be submitted with the Tender.
