Bids are invited by the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Ministry of Civil Aviation for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of an Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System to Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

 

Offers should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Division of Supply Chain Management , Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs.5,000.00.) being a non-refundable Bidding Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

 

Bidding Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from February 22nd 2011 to March 23rd 2011.

 

Bidding will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday the 24th March 2011 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

 

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees One Million (Rs. 1,000, 000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited should be submitted with the Offer.

 

A Pre Bid Briefing/Meeting will be held on Wednesday the 09th March 2011 at 10.30 a.m at the Lecture Room of New Maintenance Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.
