Tenders are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for the Supply and Installation of 200 Nos. of 8.3 Mtrs. Height Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Poles at Hambantota International Airport Project Site at Maththala.

 

Tenders should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Office of Supplies, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees One Thousand (Rs. 1,000.00) being a non-refundable Tender Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Tenderer.

 

Tender Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to Monday the 22nd. November 2010.

 

Tenders will close at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday the 23rd. November 2010 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

 

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees Forty Thousand (Rs. 40,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited should be submitted with the Tender.

 

A Tender Briefing will be held on Tuesday the 16th. November 2010 at 11.30 a.m. at the Hambantota International airport Project Site at Mattala.
