Tenders are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for the Supply of 400 Nos. of 150W Street Light Fittings for Perimeter Light to Maththala International Airport Project at Hambantota.

 

Tenders should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Two Thousand (Rs. 2,000.00) being a non-refundable Tender Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Tenderer.

 

Tender Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to Tuesday the 20th. September 2011.

 

Tenders will close at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday the 21st. September 2011 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

 

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Thousand (Rs. 150,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited should be submitted with the Tender.
