Sri Lankan Heads of missions abroad consisting of a group of 70 visited Hambantota International Airport site in Mattala today (06).

The visit was organized as part of their annual get-together in Sri Lanka.

Following a presentation made by Chairman, AASL Mr. Prasanna Wickramasuriya they went on a site visit and were highly impressed by the developments that have taken place during a short period of time.

Considering a request made by Chairman, AASL all of them pledged their fullest support in promoting Hambantota International Airport to the world. Dignitaries such as Secretary to Ministry of Civil Aviation, Board of Directors of AASL were also present at this event.
