It is with pleasure that we announce Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited received the Merit Award in Sri Lanka National Energy Efficiency Award – 2010.

Construction work on the Hambantota International Airport will be expedited. Work on stage one has been stepped up.

The airport is being built at a cost of 209 Million US dollars. With the building of the new airport, it would be possible to further streamline air flights.
