MISSION

 

 

Provision of Financial and Quality Audit Services while ensuring generally accepted practices of

Good Corporate Governance.

 

 

 

FUNCTIONS

 

 

  To ensure that Board Decisions are given effect in the same spirit as they are made.  
       
 

To ensure proper Internal Control Systems are in place

 

  
       
  To carry out scientific Sample Audit of expenditure, revenue, assets and liabilities of AASL and Development projects.  
       
  To ensure safe custody of fixed and current assets of AASL  
       
  To ensure Quality Services to all Airport Users  
       
  To carry out compliance tests (Audit) over AASL transactions in relation to rules, regulations and accounting standards and practices.
