BIA Greenlights Airbus 380

Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, the Air Navigation Service Provider has given green light for Emirates Airlines AirBus A380 (Super Jumbo) aircraft which operates four flights per day on sector Dubai - Sydney through Flight Information Region of Sri Lanka to use
Bandaranaike International Airport as an Emergancy / Medical alternate,
effective 15/01/2010.
